My recent visit to University Radiology (Bridgewater office) unfortunately resulted in a series of frustrating setbacks that I feel compelled to share. Despite arriving ahead of my scheduled appointment, I faced a delay of 30 minutes before being informed about a missing prescription date from my doctor's office. They initially stated their inability to reach out to the doctor's office for a new prescription. However, upon my direct communication with the doctor's office, they promptly faxed the new prescription to University Radiology, and the patient received the prescription recently. After waiting an additional 30 minutes without any update from the reception, I inquired about the status of the fax from the doctor's office. The receptionist checked the fax, processed our request, and informed us that we needed to wait for the technician to call our name. Despite waiting for over 10 minutes more, I was compelled to ask for an update again as we had been waiting for over an hour and had other commitments. However, assistance was limited to providing afternoon appointments, despite the delays caused solely by their internal issues. No proactive assistance was offered to rectify the problem they had created. I am not insinuating racism, but it was evident that only non-colored individuals were receiving more immediate help. The possibility of differential treatment based on race or color deeply concerns me. There seemed to be a disparity in assistance, with others receiving quicker attention while my needs appeared disregarded. Such behavior, if true, is unacceptable and contradictory to the principles of fair and equal treatment for all patients. Despite taking the initiative to promptly address the situation, the overall experience lacked efficiency, communication, and fairness. I sincerely hope that University Radiology takes this feedback seriously and takes concrete steps to ensure equitable treatment for all patients, irrespective of race or color. Discrimination has no place in healthcare, and addressing these concerns promptly is crucial to maintaining professional standards. I strongly encourage University Radiology to utilize this feedback to enhance their services and prevent the recurrence of similar instances in the future.

The receptionist needs some customer service training. I've been to the Bridgewater location many times and have never had any problems. But today, 8/3/23, will be my last time coming here. My appointment was 4:45. I was five minutes late. I walked over to the receptionist to let her know I was late. There was no one standing near her so I assumed she was available to speak to me. She told me to wait because she was helping someone - not rude, but not in a nice way either. I waited and then a guy got up from the chair to give here back some paperwork. Now I'm 10 minutes lates. So, I went up to speak with her again and she rudely told me "Not yet" and then proceeded to tell me I needed to follow a sign on the door about how to approach her. She said I was 15 minutes late - which I was at that point but only because she had made me wait to speak to her. At this point, I had had enough - I told her she should be nice to the patients and walked out. I won't be back.

Went there today with my elderly father in law for a broken foot and they were rude to us and said they couldn't take us because their foot xray machine wasn't working. We asked where we could go and if they could call the place to ensure he could be seen today due to his extreme pain he was in. They said they didn't know the Phone number to the place in Hillsborough, but handed us a card. The card had the phone number listed. Unbelievably poor customer and patient service and overall rude.

The reception was too good. Cathy handled the medical records very well and was friendly. She was too good on telephone. I was reminded for my appointment. The reception treated me with great care. Vicky did the records briefly and was excellent !!! MRI staff were good. vicky was excellent. Overall all staff were efficient, very polite , friendly and professional. I is my pleasure to recommend any patients to UNIVERSITY RADIOLOGY BRIDGEWATER, NJ. 11 OUT OF 10.

The worst. Scheduling is a nightmare. Year after year only gets worse. The reception staff should be less rude and more professional. All the staff should be more professional

No compassion, patients get treated poorly almost like university Radiology are paying us instead of our insurance paying them…the radiologist (don’t know her name) but she was an African American she was rude, incompetent, treated my daughter without any compassion and was extremely passive aggressive…she should go to training again but on how to treat other human beings. NOT ACCEPTABLE…I will never go or recommend this place EVER…be aware….and do NOT accept mistreatment from a place that you and your insurance are paying TOP dollars!!! If that employee hates her job, she should quit and go work in a veterinary as a radiologist we’re animals won’t care about her disgusting attitude 😡 by the way my daughter just left your stupid place crying and shaking from how poorly she was treated. SHAME ON YOU

The receptionist was rude. I came to check this facility out for my daughter who needs compassion and a little TLC. There was a young man registering for his appointment and he suggested I go before him ; but I declined his kindness. I continued to wait as I was rudely addressed by the receptionist (like an irritated condescending parent talking to a little child) about the sign stating where to wait in line like “see what the sign says.” I’ve been in medicine for more than 40 years and the initial contact with people who need your help needs to be kind and understanding; not condescending and bossy. Perhaps this receptionist -(aka someone who gives reception) needs to do a reality check and retire if the people who need help irritate her that much.

The front desk representatives are courteous and gentle. The technician are professionals and accurate. I recommend this place
